How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Transit times depend on the shipping method:
- Economy: 5–8 business days (free)
- Standard: 3–4 business days (£15)
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available on all domestic orders using the Economy shipping option.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel’s progress.
What if I need my order urgently?
For faster delivery, choose our Standard shipping option at checkout, which typically takes 3–4 business days.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How long will my refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We stock a wide selection of toys and educational products, but availability depends on stock levels. If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and send the rest when back in stock.

Do your toys come with a guarantee?
Yes, our toys come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Elite Emporium Toys also honors valid warranty claims within 90 days of receipt.
